C-16 FLVS (Florida Virtual School) Franchise Contract

Issue/Rationale

The Florida Virtual School contract will provide franchise opportunities for Clay County in Virtual Education for the period of August 20, 2009 to June 30, 2010.

Recommended Action

Approve Florida Virtual School franchise contract.

Financial Impact

The financial impact will be $50.00 per half-credit enrollment fee with no minimum number of enrollments.
